Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo (UMPWR) has once again recorded an encouraging achievement in the fields of academics and research. A total of seven UMPWR lecturers have been officially selected as recipients of the 2025 Reputable Journal Publication Grant Program, based on the official announcement of the Directorate General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Number 0488/C/DT.06.01/2025 dated 11 December 2025.
The seven UMPWR lecturers who successfully received this prestigious program are Aci Primartadi, M.Pd., Dr. Heru Kurniawan, M.Pd., Dr. Roisu Eny Mudawaroch, S.Pt., M.P., Dr. Semi Sukarni, M.Pd., Dr. Dwi Irawati, S.E., M.Si., Dyah Panuntun Utami, S.P., M.Sc., dan Dr. Erni Puji Astuti, M.Pd.
This achievement reflects UMPWR’s consistent commitment to enhancing the quality of lecturers’ scientific publications in nationally and internationally reputable journals, while at the same time strengthening the research culture within the university.
The Rector of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teguh Wibowo, M.Pd., expressed his appreciation and pride for the accomplishment.
“We congratulate the UMPWR lecturers who have successfully received the reputable journal publication grant for 2025. This achievement proves that the research quality of UMPWR lecturers continues to improve and is able to compete at the national level. We hope this accomplishment will inspire other lecturers to remain productive in research and scientific publication,” said the Rector.
Furthermore, the Rector emphasized that UMPWR will continue to provide support through research and publication mentoring, strengthening collaborations, and developing a conducive academic ecosystem to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
