This activity was held as part of the national policy implementation in the field of standards and quality assurance for Teacher Professional Education (PPG).

The supervision of PPG implementation at LPTK PPG UMPWR took place over two days, 20–21 November 2025, and was centered in the Rectorate Meeting Room of UMPWR. The supervision was conducted by two officials and assessors from the Directorate General of Teachers, Education Personnel, and Teacher Education, namely Dr. Agus Mulyadi, M.Pd. and Mohammad Muhyidin N., M.Pd. Both were responsible for assessment, guidance, and assistance related to the implementation of PPG standards.

The activity began with an opening speech by the Rector of UMPWR, Assoc. The Rector also stated that this supervision serves as an important momentum for UMPWR to evaluate various internal aspects to ensure the consistency and quality of PPG services in accordance with national standards.

Meanwhile, the Head of the PPG Study Program at UMPWR, Dr. Yuli Widiyono, M.Pd., presented the program’s achievements, innovations in learning processes, the performance of mentor teachers, and continuous quality improvement efforts. These include the utilization of digital systems, curriculum alignment with field demands, and efforts to strengthen collaboration with partner schools.

Throughout the two-day supervision, the team conducted a series of in-depth activities, including:

• Confirmation of LPTK PPG Provider Profile Data

• Observation, interviews, and document review of the PPG Study Program

• Interviews and document review with mentor teachers, PPG participants, and education staff

• Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on constructive feedback and planning of follow-up actions

The Directorate General emphasized that supervision is not merely an evaluative process but also an intensive form of assistance to ensure that every LPTK upholds equal and high-quality service standards.

UMPWR warmly welcomed all recommendations provided and is committed to following them up through institutional strengthening, improved academic services, and optimization of the performance of mentor teachers and supervising lecturers.

Through this activity, it is hoped that PPG UMPWR will continue to strengthen its position as an LPTK capable of producing professional, competent, and future-ready teachers who can meet the demands of today’s educational landscape.
