Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo (UMPWR) - PK IMM Ibnu Sina in collaboration with Student Affairs and LPPM held Article Writing Class Session 1 with the material "Preparation, Introduction to the Initial Part of the Article" with Prof. Dr. Siska Desy Fatmaryanti, M.Si., on Tuesday, 10 June 2025. The activity, which was held in the Seminar Room of the East Campus Rectorate Building, was attended by approximately 30 student participants, the majority of whom were from semester 6.
Prof. Siska explained the initial part of the article, namely the title, abstract, and introduction. "In choosing a title, you need to know what topic to take according to your major. Well, in determining the topic of the title / research there is also a way to get ideas." He said on the sidelines of the material explanation.
This activity will be very useful and effective with the aim of strengthening the research ecosystem and research culture in the student environment. Not stopping here, there will still be 5 other sessions that will be held in June. Prof Siska also stated that there is a need for a similar forum to revive the environment and academic chatter to revive critical and scientific thinking. (Edt.Akb/KP).
