Teachers must not only deliver material but must be learning facilitators, character mentors, and sources of inspiration," he explained.

UMPWR Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr Teguh Wibowo, M.Pd., said that there are important functions when teachers have teaching certificates, namely professional recognition, welfare improvement, and encouragement to improve competence. Furthermore, the rector advised the teachers to master three deep learning approaches, namely mindful learning, meaningful learning, and joyful learning. "Learning in the classroom must be meaningful and students must enjoy learning.
