Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo (UMPWR) - PK IMM Ibnu Sina held a Tabligh Akbar with the theme ‘Stop Baperan, Let's Play a Role’ on Saturday, 26 April 2025 at the Campus Mosque. This activity was attended by UMPWR students who wanted to understand more about the importance of managing emotions and the role of individuals in society.
The Tabligh Akbar speaker, Ustadz H. Muhammad Zuhron, M. Pd, delivered material on how to manage emotions and increase awareness of the role of individuals in society. He explained that feeling sensitive or ‘baperan’ can inhibit a person from playing an active role in society. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to manage emotions and increase awareness of the role of individuals in society.
The event was filled with lectures, discussions, and question and answer sessions. Participants were very enthusiastic and active in participating in this activity. Participants asked many questions and discussed about how to manage emotions and increase the role of individuals in society.
Tabligh Akbar is expected to have a positive impact on the community, especially in increasing awareness of the role of individuals in society and managing emotions better. ‘Yes, this event is to enliven the campus mosque, so that da'wah activities on campus become more lively,’ said Saddam as Chairman of PK IMM Ibnu Sina.
