The Community Service (KKN) work program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo in Roworejo Village has been successfully implemented with a focus on FREE MOTOR SERVICE services to the community. This activity involves students from the Automotive Engineering Education Study Program Student Association (HIMA PTO) and aims to provide direct benefits to villagers, especially the Roworejo Village Community.
The activity was carried out on January 20, 2025 located at POLINDES Roworejo from 09.00 - 16.30 WIB. The target of this activity is the Roworejo Village Community with a total of 17 motorcycles serviced.
The work program of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) of Muhammadiyah Purworejo University in Roworejo Village has been successfully implemented. this activity is in the form of FREE SERVICE of motorized vehicles involving the Automotive Engineering Education Study Program Student Association (HIMA PTO) Muhammadiyah Purworejo University. In addition, this program is also accompanied by education to the community regarding motor vehicle maintenance.
This program was held on Saturday, January 20, 2025, starting at 08.00 WIB until completion. The activity took place at POLINDES Roworejo, Grabag District, Purworejo Regency.
The purpose of this program is to provide services to the community in the form of free motor vehicle servicing, reduce the burden of vehicle maintenance costs for villagers, and increase public understanding of the importance of maintaining vehicles so that they are more durable and safe to use.
The technical implementation is, KKN students open a free service post at POLINDES Roworejo, residents bring their motorized vehicles to be inspected and repaired by a team of mechanics from HIMA PTO, the mechanic team checks about the obstacles faced by the community, and provides education on how to properly maintain motorized vehicles.
All activities ran smoothly thanks to the cooperation between KKN and HIMA PTO students of Muhammadiyah Purworejo University, the village government, and the local community.
The free service KKN work program with HIMA PTO Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo in Roworejo Village was successful and had a positive impact on the community. Through this activity, students not only provide technical services but also contribute to raising public awareness about the importance of maintaining motorized vehicles. Gratitude is extended to all parties who have contributed to the implementation of this program, including the village government and the local community. It is hoped that similar activities can be carried out in the future to continue to provide benefits to the Roworejo Village community.
