Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo (UMPWR) - Suka Maju Student Cooperative Student Activity Unit (UKM KOPMA SUKMA) held an Entrepreneurship Class Batch 1 on Saturday, 21 December 2024. The activity which was held in PBI A 4.3.1 UMPWR classroom was attended by 1st, 3rd, and 5th semester students as many as 15 participants with the speaker UMPWR lecturer Dyah Panuntun Utami, S.P., M.Sc.
With the theme ‘Identifying Market Opportunities and Determining Target Markets’, this activity was held with the aim of equipping students with important knowledge and skills in analysing market opportunities and determining effective strategies to achieve target markets. Dyah Panutun Utami, S.P., M.Sc., as an academic and entrepreneurial practitioner, presented applicable material and motivated participants to be more courageous and creative in starting a business. Not only in the form of material delivery, participants were also given the opportunity to actively discuss with the speakers, explore new ideas, and share experiences.
This event is expected to be the beginning of the participants' big steps in the world of entrepreneurship. Keep the spirit of innovation and become a competitive generation of entrepreneurs. Dyah Panuntun Utami, S.P., M.Sc., in her presentation said that market validation is important to test the feasibility and demand of a product before it is launched. (akbar/KP).
