Muhamamdiyah Purworejo University (UMPWR) - The Hizbul Wathan (HW) Qobilah Mangun Hadidjaya Scouting Movement held an Apple commemorating the 106th Anniversary of HW in the East Campus Seminar Room on Friday, 20 December 2024. The ceremony was attended by 10 Qobilah administrators and 30 caravans, as well as UMPWR HW coach Putra Basuki, M.Pd.B.I., and UMPWR HW coach Putri Dr. Herlina Setyowati, M.Pd..
The commemoration of the 106th Anniversary of HW was also an activity to socialise the HW programme for the 2023-2028 period, HW Minutes, Strategic Plan, Issues and the existence of scouting, Muhammadiyah Association, Nationality, and Humanity. The 106th Anniversary of HW was held simultaneously nationally based on the Circular Letter of the Central Kwartir of the HW Scout Movement Number: 173/EDR-Kwarpus/E/XII/2024 dated 2 December 2024.
In addition to the Apple, the Central Quartier of the HW Scout Movement also instructed all quartiers and qobilahs at all levels to be able to contribute to the same philanthropic action programme simultaneously in the form of a movement to distribute healthy and perfect food packages for early childhood in the surrounding environment.
