In addition, this activity aims to help students overcome psychological barriers, such as fear of failure or lack of confidence, and hone soft skills, such as communication, time management, and cooperation. Through this training, it is hoped that students can become more resilient individuals, believe in their potential, and be motivated to achieve achievements, both in academic and non-academic fields, as provisions for a glorious future.
‘Dare to dream as high as you can, and never give up on the process of getting there. Remember, every small step you take is part of a big journey. However, when that dream is finally achieved, don't stop there. Share your dreams with others, inspire them, and make sure that what you achieve benefits and positively impacts the community around you. Because the real dream is the one that not only brings happiness to yourself, but also becomes a light for others.’ Itsna Iftayani explained. (akbar / KP)
