Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo (UMPWR) - gave prizes to the winners of competitions in the framework of the 60th Anniversary, especially competitions in the field of Sports and Arts. The prize distribution was held simultaneously on Monday, 18 November 2024 in the Main Meeting Room of UMPWR. There were several competitions in the field of Sports and Arts held during September to November 2024, namely Essay Writing Competition between UMPWR students, Three Paragraph Short Story Writing Competition between Senior High School, Pildacil Competition between elementary schools, and Musabaqah Hifdzil Qur'an (MHQ) Competition between Senior High School.
In his speech, the chairman of the UMPWR 60th Anniversary Committee, H. Nasrudin, M.S.I., congratulated and appreciated the winners of the competition. ‘Hopefully, the results obtained will be an asset for further higher achievements,’ he said. H. Nasrudin also advised the winners from SMA/K to be able to register for college at UMPWR.
‘The winning certificate obtained from this competition can be a plus and an added value to register for college at UMPWR’, he explained.

E. 2nd runner up Laely Triana (Information Technology Study Programme UMPWR)
2. Pentigraph Competition
A. 1st place Vanita Meymey (SMK Kesehatan Purworejo)
B. 2nd place Kaefa Nurul Khasanah (SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo)
C. 3rd place Ellita Chrystianty (SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosono)
3. PILDACIL Competition
A. 1st place Aurelia Shakayla Elfandri (SD IT Ulul Albab 01 Kutoarjo)
B. 2nd place Harist Tammam Rahman (SD KUB Muhammadiyah Purworejo)
