University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo (UMPWR) - Psychology Study Program lecturer, Meriam Esterina, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psi provided briefings in Knowledge Sharing / Internalisation Service Excellence activities at the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) Type A2 Purworejo. The activity which was held at Taman Matoa KPPN Type A2 Purworejo on Friday, 8 November 2024 was attended by all employees of KPPN Purworejo Regency.

The activity was carried out to strengthen service excellence carried out by employees. Service Excellence activities are a routine agenda carried out by KPPN Purworejo, with different speakers / speakers. Participants were very enthusiastic, listening and following the course of the activity well. Questions and answers also run interactively. This shows a positive response from the participants to the material presented by Meriam Esterina, S.Psi, M.Psi, Psi.

Meriam conveyed the importance of employees to be happy, because one of the keys to employees being able to provide good service is the mood or happiness of the employee. ‘Basically everyone wants to be served and wants to get the best service, but how can you provide excellent service if the employees who provide the service are not happy’, she explained.

One of the KPPN Purworejo employees who was also a participant said that he really appreciated and stated that this was the first time there was an activity with a resource person like this. Speakers who remind us to be happy and manage emotional resilience in the workplace. (Akbar / KP)
